And there's no problem using a walkthrough for the formula of V-Jolt - it's a ridiculous 'puzzle' to begin with. No one has aptly answered my query either about the keypad, even google struggles to find serious answers on it. I think most people just skip the V-jolt and fight the plant. V-Jolt isnt that hard to make.
Step 1Getting into the gallery room and the locked medical room, the combination is always 5,6,3 in a random order so just try random combinations of 5,6,3 there is only a total of six combinations that can be done.Step 2Grab all four empty bottles and fill one of the bottles with water from the SinkStep 3Then fill a bottle with UMB No.3 ( The big red jar. Oblivion mod qarl's texture pack iii. ) and mix the the water and UMB No.3 together to get NP.04Step 4After you get NP.04 fill a bottle with Yellow-6 ( The big yellow jar. ) mix that with the NP.04 to get UMB.10Step 5After you get UMB.10 fill another bottle with Yellow-6 and get a bottle of water and mix the both together, to get UMB.07 combine the UMB.07 with the UMB.10 to get UMB.17( Missing screenshot of UMB.17, I'll add soon. )Step 6Then grab one UMB.04 (The red jar again. ) then combine it with the UMB.17 to get V.Jolt, now go destroy Plant.42!
